OzWorkly publishes general information about employers, roles and job applications in Australia. It is not professional career, legal, financial or migration advice. You should check important details, such as how to apply, eligibility requirements and pay, directly with the employer or another official source before relying on them.
We are not an employer or an agency
OzWorkly is not an employer, a recruitment agency or a job board, and it does not act for any employer. We do not accept, receive or process job applications on behalf of employers, and we do not forward applications, resumes or personal details to employers. Nothing on the site is a job offer or a job advertisement. Mentioning an employer or a role does not mean that the employer is hiring or that a vacancy exists.
No guarantees
We work to keep our content accurate, and our guides to employers, roles, locations and career resources show when they were last reviewed where a date has been recorded, but employers change their processes and conditions. We do not guarantee that any vacancy exists, that any employer will consider or accept your application, or that any pay rate, working condition or recruitment step described on the site is current or applies to you.
Links to other websites
The site links to external websites, such as employers’ official careers pages. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Intellectual property
The text, design and original material on OzWorkly belong to Ozworkly LLC or are used with permission. You may view, print and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or sell substantial parts of the site without our written permission. Employer names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them; their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
Acceptable use
You must not use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its server, interfere with its operation, or collect its content in bulk by automated means in a way that places an unreasonable load on the server or breaches these terms.
